I cannot recommend Richard highly enough. The work he has done on my GS450H has saved me thousands compared to what Lexus quoted me. His knowledge/experience of Hybrids is superb and if I had known about him before I had a problem I would have definitely would have taken my car to him sooner. I own a 2006 Lexus GS450h, which developed a problem with the battery. (Check Hybrid Battery error code on dash display).

I contacted Richard who gave me a run down of my options, and detailed the work he would do. The option I picked was to refurbish my existing unit. He removed the Battery, checked for any dead Cells and replaced them, which cured the problem. The work comes with a twelve month guarantee.

It has been a few months since the work was done and the car has been absolutely faultless ever since.
